Playground Update

Work is well underway on the new playground at the recreation ground and hopefully it will be completed by the end of April. This will provide safe and environmentally friendly activities for children of different ages. I know that many families are excited about the new facilities so all we need is some good weather to enjoy them.

Queen's Platinum Jubilee Update

There will be a series of events over the Bank Holiday Weekend of June 2nd/6th. Plans to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on June 2nd are progressing well and the working party have already confirmed a number of events and activities to make this a very special day. This will include the lighting of a beacon in the evening to join councils across the country recognise and celebrate 70 years of our Queen’s reign. Residents and friends are invited to Parley to share in the celebration and enjoy your own picnic on the field. . find out more.

Coffee Mornings Suspended

The weekly Wednesday coffee mornings at the Community Sports and Social Club have been suspended whilst repairs are undertaken at the building. We hope to reinstate these as soon as possible.

Heritage Walk

Learn all about West Parley's history as you enjoy the Heritage Walk, it is well researched and informative.

Parley Health Walks

The walkers are not meeting at the clubhouse presently, but informally continuing until such a time as the Community Sports and Social Club re-opens.
